Responsibilities * Support clients in implementing and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys solutions. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. * Configure and customize Customer Insights Journeys to meet client needs. * Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for existing implementations. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules. * Deliver training and documentation for end-users.
