Functional Business Analyst – Temenos T24 (Analytics & Autoform)

The Opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Temenos T24 Analytics and Autoform. This role will focus on business requirement analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring business needs are effectively mapped into T24 solutions. The BA will work closely with both business users and technical/consulting teams to validate functional designs and support testing activities, bridging the gap between operations and technology to deliver successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities. * Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications. * Design and document functional solutions within Temenos T24, specifically focusing on Analytics and Autoform modules. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements. * Lead workshops and training sessions to facilitate understanding of T24 functionalities. * Support the configuration and setup of T24, ensuring alignment with business needs. * Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect management. * Assist in the development of reports and dashboards using T24 Analytics. * Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for T24-related issues. * Stay up-to-date with Temenos T24 updates and best practices. Qualifications. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology). * Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the Temenos T24 core banking system. * Expertise in Temenos T24 Analytics and Autoform modules. * Experience in business requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis. * Strong understanding of banking processes and financial products. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with testing methodologies and defect management. * Experience with SQL is a plus.
