Functional Business Analyst (Stablecoin)
Job description
Lead Functional Business Analysis with primary focus on Stablecoin capabilities (Pay/Transfer, Receive, Convert, Hold). Work closely with business, product, and technology teams to define requirements across phases 1a, 1b, 2, and 3. Analyze and document impacts to Infinity and other client channels due to Stablecoin and Swift Digital Ledger integration. Translate regulatory, operational, and settlement requirements into clear functional specifications and user journeys. Support delivery of scalable solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, develop and maintain documentation, and facilitate communication across teams. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities through effective analysis and problem-solving.
