Functional Business Analyst - Core Advisory

We are looking for a **Business Analyst**

The ideal candidate will be inserted within the team of consultancy Core Advisory, will be integrated into projects of application development or business analysis. They will manage projects/programs of IT transformation, collect requirements, prepare reports and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure the success of initiatives.

**Your contribution in this role:**

· Participate in consultancy projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define the path of evolution for the client

· Coordinate projects, ensuring they are managed effectively and in line with the company's strategy

· Define, in collaboration with stakeholders, business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and concisely

· Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, leveraging knowledge of key elements of modern software architectures (e.g. microservices)

· Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement to guide business decisions

· Define the macro project plan and contribute to the execution phases of tests to ensure correct implementation of solutions according to agreed-upon requirements

· Produce project documentation (e.g. user requirements, functional specifications, SAL, project plans, reports, test books, meeting minutes, etc.)

**Requirements:**

· Master's degree in scientific or economic disciplines

· 1-2 years of work experience, with a plus for consulting companies

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Analytical approach, problem-solving, and results-oriented

· Ability to work effectively in teams and coordinate complex projects

· Availability for travel, including continuous trips in Italy and abroad

**Preferred Skills:**

· Good knowledge of office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Excellent knowledge of the English language

· Good knowledge of project management and/or business analysis tools and methodologies

· Basic knowledge of generative AI tools
