Functional Architect_TMS

Scope: Ability to visualize solution and translate customer or PMG business requirements into functional design solution. Ability to work with more than one scrum team to accomplish delivery targets with respect to feature completeness and quality aspects Ability to make tactical decisions about product direction and be able to contribute to strategic decisions Ability to work with members from other departments like customer support and sales Ability to define and take accountability of definition and implementation of functional architecture for the TMS system. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to: Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support. Ability to provide input on product roadmaps, technical requirements, and solution designs. Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business objectives and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. Ability to maintain a deep understanding of the TMS system architecture and its components, including but not limited to: data models, APIs, and integrations. Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with changes in technology, market trends, or customer needs. Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation for the functional architecture, including but not limited to: design documents, technical specifications, and implementation guides. Ability to provide training and support to other teams on the use of the TMS system and its components.
