Functional Analyst (M/F)

We are recruiting a Functional Analyst (M/F) as part of the development of our activities.

Your missions will be as follows :

Analysis and evaluation :

• Analyze and evaluate business processes and recommend improvements aligned with best practices for HR modules in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
• Gather requirements and strategies related to basic data to support the transition of HR data to SAP and SuccessFactors.

System testing and implementation :

• Manage system tests to ensure that procedures are rigorously tested before deployment.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and providers to install new modules or test/configure new system versions.

Strategic counseling and support :

• Provide strategic counsel on the use of SAP SuccessFactors modules to improve HR processes, particularly in areas such as performance, compensation management, and succession planning.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Solutions Analyst team, applying system solutions to business needs via platform and application design and configuration.

Collaboration and communication :

• Collaborate with other business analysts in the EBS team, IT teams, and end-users to develop new solutions.
• Communicate with SAP's central architecture teams regarding software design and integration tasks.

Documentation and reporting :

• Create and maintain functional specifications documentation.
• Design, develop, and analyze reports for all aspects related to Human Resources.
