Job Description This position is temporary - 12-month mandate. We offer a hybrid work mode that allows you to work from your home and one of our offices in Quebec. Like CIMA, the Business Solutions IT department is growing rapidly. You will join a dynamic team playing a key role in the organization's digital transformation. Reporting to the Main Manager – ERP & BI, you will occupy the role of functional expert responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes using Dynamics 365. Your main tasks will be: • Analyze and optimize business processes using Dynamics 365; • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements; • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's business processes and systems; • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Dynamics 365; • Participate in the development of new solutions and enhancements to existing ones.
