Functional Analyst Acquiring solutions

TAS SpA, a multinational company specializing in software solutions for monetary transactions, payments, financial markets, and Extended Enterprise systems, is seeking a Functional Analyst to be inserted within the E-Money area at its Rome office. Responsibilities The selected person, adequately introduced and trained on TAS products, will be responsible for the following activities: Identify, collect, document, and approve functional requirements for new projects Perform tasks such as data analysis, process modeling, and requirement gathering Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather information about their needs and expectations Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination Provide technical support and training to users on TAS products and solutions Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Analyze and resolve issues related to software applications and systems Identify and report potential problems or areas for improvement within the organization. The person selected will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
