What You'll Do: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Manage the full cycle of accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close. Prepare and file corporate and personal tax returns. Advise clients on accounting and tax matters. Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Research and resolve accounting issues. Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Requirements: CPA designation. Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting. Strong understanding of Canadian accounting and tax principles. Experience with tax preparation software (e.g., Profile, TaxCycle). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Experience with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero).
