Your Mission

As a Fully Remote Technischer Planer (m/w/d) for the Electrotechnik & Agri-PV department, you will establish the technical foundation for our Agri-PV projects. You ensure that photovoltaic installations are optimally integrated into agricultural fields – efficiently, conforming to norms, and practically. With your planning, you achieve a balance between maximum energy output, agricultural usability, and technical feasibility, laying the groundwork for a scalable energy transition in agriculture.

Your Tasks

• As a Technical Planner (m/w/d), you will be responsible for designing photovoltaic installations for agricultural fields, taking into account both technical and agrarian requirements.
• The definition of low- and medium-voltage lines falls within your area of responsibility.
• You optimize the installations for high energy yields and agricultural returns.
• In the creation of building permits and installation certificates, you bring your technical expertise to bear.
• You evaluate relevant technical regulations and develop internal guidelines for planning and safe operation of photovoltaic installations.

Your Profile

• A degree or study in Electricity, Energy Technology, Electrotechnology, or a comparable field
• Multiple years of professional experience in the planning or construction of high-voltage installations and/or decentralized energy generation systems required
• Good knowledge of PVsyst or a similar software, as well as spatial and technical understanding
• Normative knowledge of VDE-AR-N 4105 („Low-Voltage Directive“) necessary, VDE-AR-N 4110 („Medium-Voltage Directive“) and VDE 0126-23-1 (Documentation and Testing) are a plus
• Experience in dealing with medium-voltage systems and/or designing, constructing, and commissioning photovoltaic installations is advantageous
• High problem-solving competence and a well-developed sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• Self-contained, structured, and transparent working method
• Mandatory German language skills at native speaker level in writing and speaking

This full-time position is 100% Remote to be filled, preferably but not necessarily in Munich's surrounding area.

The annual salary is expected to range from 50,000 € to 70,000 € gross per year.
