Our TRIBE

TRIBE Den Haag Centraal is the second hotel in the Benelux that has opened. The hotel is located in the cultural heart of Den Haag. The location is just a few minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the beach. The hotel has 159 design rooms, 9 meeting rooms, a restaurant Hitch Hike and a bar with a view of the Spuiplein.

What will you do?

As a Front Office team member, you will work under the supervision of the supervisors together with a team of friendly colleagues. You will ensure that our guests have an excellent stay in our hotel. From the first moment of contact with our guests to the moment they leave, you will be their point of contact within the hotel and the host or hostess of TRIBE Den Haag Centraal.

What else happens during your workday? As a receptionist, you welcome our guests in your authentic way and ensure that the check-in is a celebration for the guest. You can also tell them what they can experience and make sure they are oriented in the city of Den Haag and surroundings.

Our guests stand at number 1 with you, so you have a lot of contact with other departments (Housekeeping, reservations, F&B). You know that behind the scenes all processes are well-organized, so our guests lack nothing in our service. You are flexible enough to play along guest-friendly on the background. Furthermore, you can also pass on your enthusiasm to the rest of the team.
