Tasks

As a Fullstack Developer: you will work on high-performance systems and actively participate in technical and conceptual questions:

• Building, extending and operating scalable applications based on modern microservices architectures
• Fullstack development with technologies like Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, REST APIs and Angular (from version 18)
• Tight coordination with UI/UX-, Frontend- and Backend-teams – from requirements analysis to commissioning
• Ensuring performance, security and scalability throughout the entire stack
• Investigating existing systems, fixing errors and ongoing optimization of applications
• Active participation in architectural decisions, code reviews and agile development cycles
• Optional: Participation in building, maintaining and developing modern CI/CD pipelines

Qualification

You are particularly well-suited to us if you bring a broad technological foundation, take personal responsibility and approach problems structured:

• Multiple years of practical experience (at least five years) in fullstack development
• Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and Apache Kafka as well as design and implementation of REST interfaces
• Experience with Angular or a similar modern frontend framework
• Solid understanding of microservices architectures and their fundamental concepts
• Practical experience in dealing with message brokers like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of CI/CD as well as familiarity with common DevOps tools
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure as well as Docker and Kubernetes
• Analytical thinking, a structured working method and excellent communication skills
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1)
