Fullstack Software Engineer

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain modern backend and frontend solutions supporting key sales processes. Together, we will create a scalable platform based on microservices and modern technologies, forming the foundation for the company's international growth. Fullstack Software Engineer Position Scope of Responsibilities Design, development, and maintenance of Full Stack solutions covering both backend and frontend. Creation of modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces. Development and maintenance of high-performance backend services supporting key business processes. Ensuring high performance, scalability, and availability of systems. Monitoring applications and services, implementing alerting mechanisms, and proactively solving problems. Designing a scalable microservices-based architecture and ensuring the security, reliability, and quality of delivered solutions. Collaboration in interdisciplinary, autonomous product teams. Responsibility for the development of solutions throughout their lifecycle. Optimization of infrastructure and cloud resource utilization while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or Software Engineer. Very good knowledge of Java 11+ and Spring Boot and/or TypeScript and React, supported by commercial experience. Good knowledge of REST API and frontend-backend integration. Experience working with databases, particularly PostgreSQL. Knowledge of modern software development tools and practices, such as GitLab, Jira, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Grafana, CI/CD, and microservices architecture. Experience in creating automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end). Experience working with asynchronous communication and distributed systems. Knowledge of software architecture concepts and design patterns. Ability to conduct substantive technical discussions and effective teamwork. Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level. Nice to have Experience working with event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka). Knowledge of search technologies, such as Elasticsearch or Solr.
