The salary range lies between 55,000 € and 65,000 € gross per year, depending on experience.

Muxon is a small, internationally active personnel agency and is conducting this search on behalf of our partner, a well-established market research and data analysis company with over 50 years of stability.

The company serves international customers, particularly from the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, and delivers data-driven insights that support strategic marketing and business decisions. With over 100 employees, the organization combines the reliability of a long-established company with a collaborative, innovation-driven culture and modern technology practices.

Currently, they are looking for a Fullstack Developer to strengthen the Data Processing & Analytics team, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications, automating and optimizing data workflows. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with analysts and subject matter experts and to transfer operational processes into efficient software solutions.

Tasks

• Concept, development, and maintenance of internal software applications (Frontend and Backend)
• Implementation of modern frontend functions and robust REST APIs
• Development and optimization of database layers for high-performance data processing
• Assuming complex development tasks and contributing to architectural decisions
• Ensuring high code quality through testing, documentation, and best practices
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement functional requirements into technical solutions
• Contributing to the improvement of build, test, and deployment processes (DevOps experience is a plus)

Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Experience in Backend development with Java or Kotlin (Python knowledge is an asset, but not mandatory)
• Good frontend development skills and experience in building REST APIs
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
• Structured and analytical approach to software design and implementation
• Fluent German (C1), both spoken and written
• English language skills are an asset
