Your tasks

• Development and further development of the web application and app as a translation app, etc. between locomotive drivers/train dispatchers, bus drivers, and control centers.

• Translation of communication into different languages via web interface for translations in heterogeneous language groups, e.g., during international qualification measures or at internationally acting committees.

• Further development of the language qualification in the use of railway technical language for international or border-crossing employees.

• Translation into simple language, according to the Barrier-Free Act, e.g. from railway regulations or specific railway technical language and training materials.

• Development and further development of "Simple Language Learning Apps".

• Development and further development of a service "Podcast" for translation of videos and podcasts with multilingual subtitles & individual language output in specific railway technical language.

• Fullstack software programming / implementation / customization and further development of technical components in applications (DB-Translation-App, KITT EASY, KITT PRONOUNCE, and KITT LEARN) based on the technologies used, including corresponding interfaces, modules, and databases, while adhering to the standards of the client (e.g. use of standardized development environments and programming guidelines).

• Frontend development and adaptation to backend.

• Application of training and testing methods from both discriminative and generative K.I.

• Perform tests and design automated test procedures.

• Fix errors from the test phases in applications/components.

• Document technical components.

• Create system documentation.

• Create delivery packages for the relevant applications.

• Install and configure larger software scopes of a corporation.

• Further development and adaptation of application architectures.

Must-Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Android and web development (e.g. Android, Kotlin, Python, Web technologies), verifiable through specification of the level of experience in years.

• At least 3 years of experience in architecture, verifiable through specification of the level of experience in years.

• At least 3 years of experience in Azure-Cloud Dev/Ops with vue.JS, verifiable through specification of the level of experience in years.

• At least 3 years of experience in Java and JavaScript, verifiable through specification of the level of experience in years.

• At least 3 years of experience with pipeline, verifiable through specification of the level of experience in years.

Can-Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with GitLab, verifiable through specification of the level of experience in years.

• At least 3 years of experience with React, verifiable through specification of the level of experience in years.

• At least 3 years of experience in CI/CD and automated deployment, verifiable through specification of the level of experience in years.

• At least 3 years of experience with speech recognition and translation models, verifiable through specification of the level of experience in years.
