Fullstack Engineer - PHP/Node.js/React (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Comprehensive development of our SaaS application, which has been successfully used by hundreds of eCommerce customers
• Ai First software development of the frontend (React) and backend (PHP and NodeJS)
• Pioneering impulses for the software-architectural reorientation of our platform
• Analysis, optimization, and proactive questioning of existing processes, tools, and structures to increase efficiency, quality, and competitiveness
• Conducting code reviews, ensuring test coverage, introducing and maintaining best practices, and evaluating and implementing modern technologies
• Expansion of the SaaS platform regarding new technologies within the Google Cloud Platform
• Sparring partner for pair programming and architectural decisions
• Identification of relevant market developments and technical trends to further develop the tech stack and ensure the future viability of our products

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in web development, preferably with NodeJs (Typescript), PHP, and React
• Familiarity with AI tools for software development
• Experience with distributed applications, microservices, and HTTP
• Understanding of secure programming practices and experience with software and architectural patterns
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and common language models
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, ideally GCP
• Experience with design, maintenance, and optimization of database systems and agile development methods
• Very good knowledge of German and English
