Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer Talent Fellow, someone at the beginning of their career (02 years after graduation) with solid academic foundation, ability to learn quickly and strong conceptual understanding in software engineering.

This is a role for people who have:

You will act on real projects from the first day, contributing to the construction of critical modules, complex integrations, architectural patterns, and advanced products fueled by generative AI.

The Challenge of the Role

As a Talent Fellow, you will help:

- Build scalable and high-performance fullstack applications
- Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards
- Develop complex integrations (APIs, messaging, microservices)
- Create reusable frontend components
- Support migration and homologation processes in AWS
- Resolve difficult problems with depth and clarity
- Learn quickly new technologies, diverse stacks, and modern approaches

This is a fast-paced environment, with parallel deliveries and high technical demands.
The goal is to form someone who will evolve rapidly to positions of greater impact.

Stack and Technologies

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
Backend: Node.js, .NET
Architecture: Distributed APIs, integrations, microservices, messaging
SQL and NoSQL
Infrastructure: AWS, observability, testing, CI/CD

* We do not expect complete mastery of all technologies, we seek strong fundamentals and a real desire to learn.

Mandatory Requirements

- Excellent academic formation in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
- Preferably graduated from high-referenced institutions: IME, ITA, USP, Unicamp, Insper, FGV, or equivalent national/international institutions
Experience through:
- relevant internships
- complex academic projects
- research, scientific initiation, study groups
- technical contributions, challenges, hackathons
- Good foundation in development (frontend or backend)
- Strong ability to learn quickly
- Intellectual curiosity, high energy, and robust logical thinking
- High-performance academic history
