Fullstack Engineer @ Mindbox S.A.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of applied experience as an API engineer.
• Strong experience in API design and creating architectural artefacts (gap analysis, low-level designs, data models).
• 6+ years in back-end microservices development, application security, authentication, caching, and middleware.
• Expert-level programming in Java (Go and Rust are a plus).
• Expertise in JVM tuning, distributed systems, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, service mesh, and Kafka (including cluster setup and development).
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools: Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, Kiali, OpenTelemetry.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, IAM, and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of Linux OS, networking, storage, load balancing, and Kubernetes CNI.
• Advanced SQL coding and familiarity with distributed databases.
• Experience in financial services, ideally in payments.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Be part of a new team delivering Bank’s Future State Architecture for payment processing. Our mission is to introduce a lean and reusable payment processing engine that will form the foundation of next-generation payment capabilities. You will leverage existing software in an inner sourcing model, focusing on reuse, enhancement, and modernization to deliver new product features at high speed, low cost, and with exceptional quality.
