Currently, at dmTECH, we are looking for: Fullstack Developer with German Language (Java, TypeScript) – Recruitment Technologies (B2B) Project: We are the team responsible for recruitment technologies within the Employee Technologies department at dmTECH. Every day, we create, develop, and maintain IT solutions that help dm companies grow responsibly in 14 European countries. Currently, we are looking for the first individuals from Poland to help us develop modern web applications and microservices. In this hybrid role, you can lead the architectural development of our systems and make a real difference in IT systems within the Tech recruitment area. Tech Stack: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD, Microservices Collaboration Location: Hybrid (Wrocław) or 100% Remote Collaboration Collaboration Model: B2B Contract Remuneration: Mid: 100-140 PLN/h + VAT on B2B Senior: 140-180 PLN/h + VAT on B2B What will our collaboration involve? Development of frontend and backend, continuous improvement of modern web applications, and execution of internal software projects. Active participation in the design and enhancement of cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, development teams, and DevOps, to ensure a smooth software development process. Design, conception, and development of scalable and maintainable software architectures, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices. Evaluation of new technologies and development of technological and architectural decisions. Required Experience and Qualifications Practical knowledge of Polish, English, and German languages at a minimum B2 level. Minimum 4 years of experience in frontend and backend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript and Java). Experience, supported by projects, in creating, refactoring, and maintaining web applications in a cloud-hosted environment. Practical knowledge and implemented projects in software architecture design and development, e.g., serverless architectures and Headless CMS systems. Broad knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD processes, and modern software development practices. Very good understanding of the principles of designing scalable, maintainable, and secure systems. Nice to have: Experience with modern frontend technologies such as Vue, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience using cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and cloud-hosted microservices.
