As Fullstack Developer (M/W/D), you are responsible for the continuous development of our platform – from idea to productive feature.

You work in a small, focused team with direct influence on product, architecture, and technical decisions.

Aufgaben

• Features with real value build:
  You develop new functions for our platform in short iterations and bring them quickly into use at the customer's site.
• End-to-End responsibility take over:
  From technical conception to frontend (React / Next.js) and backend (Node.js / GraphQL) to deployment on AWS.
• Clean, scalable code write:
  You develop solutions that do not only work today but also tomorrow.
• KI sensibly use:
  You use modern AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex) to make development more efficient and better.
• Product actively shape:
  You work closely with CTO and team together and make fundamental technical decisions.
• Quality ensure:
  Through code reviews, tests, and clear documentation you maintain the quality standard high.

Qualifikation

• Experience:
  3–5 years as software developer, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment.
• Fullstack development:
  Very good knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js as well as experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Databases:
  Familiarity with PostgreSQL, basic knowledge of NoSQL is an advantage.
• Cloud:
  First experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Engineering Basics:
  Understanding of software architecture, Git, testing, and clean code structures.
• KI-based development:
  Ideally first experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex).
• Mindset:
  High quality standards, self-initiative, and enthusiasm to really improve things.
