Fullstack Developer Symfony / PHP (m/w/d) - B2B Platform

We are a growing B2B platform in the recruitment field. Our goal is to bring companies and talents with care responsibility together through innovative recruiting solutions and shape the working world more flexibly, inclusively, and modernly.
Our core product is based on Symfony and is currently being operated jointly with an IT service provider. Now we would like to take over the technical further development stronger in our own team with a developer who likes to build real platform logic instead of just processing tickets.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Symfony (PHP 8.x)

• Database: MySQL

• Frontend: Twig, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Version control: Git / GitLab

• Hosting: Hetzner

Tasks

• Techincal conception & implementation of new features in frontend & backend
• Further development of our platform based on the open-source framework Symfony
• Independent adjustments to templates and customer modules (in close coordination with the team)
• Adjustment and expansion of templates & user flows
• Participation in process and platform optimizations
• Implementation and documentation within our version control (Git/GitLab)
• Closely working together with the founding team

Qualification

• Experience in frontend- and backend-development with Symfony
• Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with Git/GitLab and documentation standards
• Experience with CMS/frameworks
• Pleasure in hands-on development and the desire to drive things independently forward
• Proactive, solution-oriented working style and the ability to move a lot in a small team
