Your responsibilities

• Designing and developing web applications based on React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
• Building and developing AI agents using LLM models
• Creating and developing agent orchestration processes using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks
• Integrating AI solutions with business systems and corporate applications
• Designing processes for extracting and processing data from documents and unstructured data
• Deploying and maintaining solutions in the Microsoft Azure environment
• Creating and developing CI/CD processes, application containerization, and supporting the MLOps area
• Collaborating with business and technology experts in defining and implementing innovative AI solutions

Our requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience in AI/Data Science, including production deployments
• Very good knowledge of Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, and SQL
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AI services (AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, Blob Storage)
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI Agents frameworks
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and context engineering
• Practical experience with pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience in MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Knowledge of NLP, OCR, and working with unstructured data
• Knowledge of AI Governance and AI Act issues
• Technical higher education
• Service delivery model: hybrid, including 3 days a week in the Warsaw office

Nice to have

• Azure AI Search and Power Platform
• Azure certifications (AI-900, AI-102, DP-100)
• Experience in the financial or insurance industry
• Knowledge of Kafka or ESB
• Ability to collaborate with the business and translate requirements into technological solutions
