As Fullstack Developer / PHP & Laravel Developer (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in the further development and scaling of our company-owned CRM solution – the digital heart of our company.

You will work on both backend logic and modern frontend surfaces, developing scalable solutions for our internal processes, locations, and departments together with our team.

Your tasks

• Development and scaling of our Laravel-based CRM platform

• Backend development with PHP 8 and Laravel 12

• Development of modern frontend components and user-friendly CRM surfaces

• Setup and integration of RESTful APIs

• Integration with external systems, e.g. payment, DATEV, communication, and other interfaces

• Databasedesign and performance optimization with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis

• Implementation of new features from technical conception to implementation

• Development of unit tests with PHPUnit

• Participation in architecture, code quality, and technical decisions

• Setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines with Docker and GitHub Actions

• Tight collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments

The best part: You will be trained by an experienced colleague and work alongside a motivated team of up to four developers.

• Experience in full-stack development or very good backend experience with interest in frontend topics

• Very good knowledge of PHP and Laravel

• Experience with modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript

• Safe handling of relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL

• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs

• Understanding of clean code, performance, scalability, and software architecture

• Experience with Git, Docker, and ideally GitHub Actions

• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style

• Pleasure in actively shaping digital processes

• Good German and/or English skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Laravel 12, PHP 8, and Redis

• Knowledge of Vue.js, React, Livewire, or similar frontend technologies

• Experience with CRM-, ERP-, payment- or accounting systems

• Knowledge in test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps processes

• Interest in automation, digital business models, and process optimization

Important: PHP 8+, Laravel, and PostgreSQL are fixed components of our tech stack and are strictly required for this position.
