Fullstack Developer (m/w/d)

Stay Digital is a digital agency from the Oldenburger Münsterland, developing B2B-SaaS products, automation solutions, and KI integrations for the German Mittelstand. We develop Craftivo – a SaaS platform for the crafts – and realize individual software projects for our customers. At our company, you don't work in corporate structures, but directly on the product, with short ways and real design freedom. 100% Remote, modern tech stack, no legacy code basis.

Aufgaben

• Development and further development of our SaaS products (Craftivo) and customer projects in full-stack with Next.js, TypeScript, and Convex
• Implementation of UI components with shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS – from responsive dashboards to complex forms
• Integration of KI features and external APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, CRM systems like Pipedrive and HubSpot)
• Co-design of architectural decisions, data models, and technical concepts
• Code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of code quality
• Close cooperation with the management – you're not a ticket abuser, but think the product with

Qualifikation

• Completed education or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, or comparable – no setup for a newcomer, but solid foundations
• At least 3 years of practical experience in web development with React/Next.js and TypeScript
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (Tailwind CSS, component libraries like shadcn/ui)
• Experience with backend logic, APIs, and ideally serverless/edge architectures (Vercel, Convex, etc.)
• Understanding of relational and document-based data models
• Git workflow is your daily routine, not new territory
• Independent, structured working style – remote means trust, not micromanagement
• Very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills

nice to have

• Experience with Convex as a backend platform
• Knowledge in KI/LLM integration (Prompt Engineering, API binding)
• Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot) and automation tools (Zapier, Make)
• Interest in the crafts and Mittelstand environment
