Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)

You will be part of the team that builds the software that accompanies a tenant electricity project from the initial inquiry to ongoing operation.

The team is currently growing in two areas:

Go-to-Market: 

From the initial inquiry to the signed project. Inquiry funnel, economic calculation, and the partner portal for solar installers and electricians.

Project Implementation: 

From the signature to productive operation. A new portal that brings the measurement concept, registrations, commissioning, and initial billing from spreadsheets and email loops into an app. The first version is currently being designed; you would be involved from the beginning.

You will start in one of the two areas. We will discuss which one suits you best in the interview.

• Building and further developing a product: You will be responsible for your own area of our software, from the roadmap with Product to the quality in production

• Close, direct collaboration with Product, Design, and other developers; you will clarify functional requirements yourself and translate them into clean solutions

• Development of TypeScript-based frontends and backends (React & NestJS)

• Implementation of features end-to-end – from concept through the first line of code to production deployment, including what comes back from monitoring and user feedback afterwards

• We work with AI coding assistants as a fixed part of the workflow. Not as a toy, but as a tool with clear rules: You decide what you delegate, and you are responsible for what is merged.

• Further development and optimization of PostgreSQL databases and data models

• Development and maintenance of clean, performant APIs

• Ensuring code quality through reviews and tests; you will review code from the team and have yours reviewed

• Supporting junior developers in getting started in their area

• Contributing to CI/CD, deployments, and monitoring
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience in developing web applications (frontend & backend), with features that you have delivered to real users

• Good knowledge of TypeScript and solid experience with React

• Backend experience in TypeScript and Node (NestJS is a plus)

• Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL, including schema design and migrations

• Experience in developing APIs and a good sense for clean, pragmatic architecture

• You work daily with AI assistants and are responsible for the outcome: You decide what you delegate and review what comes back

• Product understanding: You want to know who uses a feature and why, and you object if a ticket doesn't make sense

• Incompletely defined tickets don't scare you – you actively clarify open points and find sensible solutions independently

• You take responsibility for your area and feel comfortable in startup structures

• Team-oriented, direct in communication, and enjoy being close to functional requirements

• Languages: German at least B2 level, written and spoken
