Your Mission

You develop applications that actually relieve people of work in their daily professional lives. From the understandable user interface through the backend logic to the integration of existing systems.

At Agentur Philipp, we build AI solutions and individual software for medium-sized businesses. For this, we are looking for a Fullstack Developer who questions requirements, thinks technically, and reliably brings applications into productive use.

Depending on the project, you will work with various technologies: JavaScript and TypeScript in the frontend, PHP and Laravel, Node.js or Python in the backend. Together with the team, you will choose the appropriate solution.

Your Tasks

• You develop web applications from frontend to backend and accompany them until productive operation.

• You build understandable user interfaces with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or comparable frameworks.

• You develop backends and APIs with PHP and Laravel, Node.js, or Python and FastAPI, tailored to the project's requirements.

• You connect existing customer, ERP, and third-party systems and ensure reliable data exchange.

• You design data models and cleanly implement business logic, user management, roles, and permissions.

• You integrate AI functions and automated workflows into our applications. You will work closely with our AI and automation developers.

• You ensure that applications also function outside of ideal scenarios through testing, logging, and error handling.

• You further develop existing systems, keeping maintainability, security, and performance in mind.

• You coordinate technical requirements with project management and make it visible early on if something is unclear or becoming more complex.

• You document important technical decisions so that others in the team can understand and continue your work.

What You Bring With You

• Practical experience in independently developing and productively deploying web applications from frontend to backend.

• Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, as well as experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or a comparable frontend framework.

• Good knowledge of PHP and practical experience with Laravel.

• Experience with Node.js or Python, ideally with a backend framework such as Express, NestJS, or FastAPI.

• Confident use of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, as well as experience with data modeling and database migrations.

• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and integration of external systems.

• Routine in using Git, Docker, and common deployment processes.

• Good German language skills in speaking and writing are required. You can confidently clarify requirements, technical questions, and coordination within the team and with our clients in German.

• You think about permissions, data protection, and error cases before the application goes live with the customer.

• You familiarize yourself with existing codebases and new technologies. You don't need to master every mentioned framework, but you should be able to confidently cover frontend and backend.

• You work independently, openly address problems, and reliably complete tasks assigned to you.

This is a Plus, but Not a Must

• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG systems, or other AI functions.

• Experience with n8n or comparable automation platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of the Laravel ecosystem, for example, Livewire or Inertia.js.

• Experience with ERP interfaces, webhooks, queues, background jobs, and asynchronous processing.

• Knowledge in CI/CD, Linux, monitoring, or cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with automated frontend, backend, and integration tests.
