Your Role:

In this position, you will connect software development, business analysis, and IT project management. You will be responsible for customer projects from the initial idea to conception and prototyping until go-live. As a interface between business, IT, and customers, you will take over technical project leadership. You will work hands-on on our solutions, design architectures with, and ensure that our software is optimally integrated into existing inventory, logistics, and automation processes.

Tasks

• Technical leadership and implementation of IT projects in the context of IoT, RFID, and warehouse automation
• Taking on, analyzing, and prioritizing technical and functional requirements
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Closely working with project management, development, hardware partners, sales, and customers
• Developing prototypes and proofs of concept
• Supporting pilots, rollouts, and system implementations
• Ensuring quality, time, budget, and scope from an IT perspective
• Creating technical documentation

Qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer, software engineer, business analyst, or in a comparable role
• Pleasure in creating both factual and technical specifications
• Experience in independently leading projects with an IT project manager from the start
• Able to develop prototypes on your own
• High quality standards for code, architecture, and documentation
• Will to quickly adapt to new requirements, projects, and technologies
• High willingness to learn
• Creative, solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
