Fullstack Developer (Flutter / Python) (m/w/d)

We are a growing B2B software startup based in Dortmund.

We develop a modular platform that enables companies to implement individual nutrition solutions for their employees – data-based and practice-oriented.

To scale our market-tested solution, we have completed a financing round and are now building a high-motivated core team – ideal for performance-driven developers who take early responsibility, assume leading roles, and actively contribute to the company's success.

We work together in our office in Dortmund. In the choice of working hours, we are flexible and enable modern models (e.g., home office days, mobile work), while we place great value on accountability and reliable results.

Aufgaben

As a Fullstack Developer (m/w/d), you will be involved in the continuous development of our platform.

The technical focus lies on frontend development with Flutter (approximately 70%), supplemented by tasks in the area of backend, interfaces, and infrastructure (approximately 30%).

You will accompany features from conception to productive deployment and work closely with product and operations topics.

Product Development (Flutter)

• Conception & Implementation of new features in Flutter
• Integration of UI/UX designs, state management, and component architecture
• Bonding to APIs and external services

Backend & APIs

• Participation in serverless backend services (Python, Google Cloud)
• Support for API design, data validation, and application logic

Data & Infrastructure

• Work with Firestore and PostgreSQL
• Support for deployments (Docker, CI/CD)
• Analysis of logs and error correction in ongoing operation (no readiness or 24/7 service)

Qualifikation

Erforderlich

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field or completed vocational training with at least 3 years of professional experience in software development.

• Practical experience in software development, ideally:

• Flutter/Dart (e.g., through work-study programs, final theses, or open-source projects)

• Python (foundations to advanced)

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, REST APIs, and relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL)

• Very good German and English skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions)
• Familiarity with cloud or serverless environments (ideally Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with native app languages (e.g., Kotlin or Swift)
