Job Description What will be your main responsibilities: Structure and lead discoveries and research to understand user needs, mapping journeys, needs, and pain points; Create journey maps and low- and high-fidelity prototypes with well-defined interactions; Conduct usability tests to validate design solutions; Act close to business and technical teams to create viable experiences that positively impact the user's journey; Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of designs; Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and business goals; Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and overall strategy; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design; Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers; Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation; Ensure that all designs are accessible, user-friendly, and meet accessibility standards; Develop and maintain a portfolio of work showcasing design skills and accomplishments;
