Job description
- Execute and validate variable compensation calculations based on sales data, targets, and portfolios.
- Manipulate and cross large volumes of data using SQL in the Databricks (Azure) environment.
- Automate processes and develop reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support commercial planning with performance analyses and scenario simulations.
- Ensure data governance and traceability for incentive programs.
- Interact with partner areas such as Finance, Commercial Strategy, and HR.
