Full-time Training and Development Professional

GLOBAL GRAND INVESTMENT PTY LTD trading as Quality Hotel Mildura grand is looking for two qualified and experienced Full-time Training and Development Professional to join our team.

Salary Range – $75,000 - $80,000

Business Location – Mildura VIC 3500

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse training needs by consulting with managers and evaluating business objectives.
• Design and develop tailored learning programs, training materials, and e-learning solutions.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for staff at various levels.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and evaluation tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in learning and development methodologies.
• Support organisational change initiatives through capability-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant workplace training standards and legislation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and development, instructional design, or organisational development.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and competency-based training frameworks.
