Job description

Charing Cross Hotel is looking for an additional Sous Chef who will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with dedicated Head Chefs and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. This is a unique opportunity for professional Sous Chefs looking to join the kitchen team and to enjoy the fast-paced environment our venues have to offer. We are looking for outstanding Sous Chefs who have experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, with a strong focus on quality, presentation and consistency. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback.
