Full-time Social and Cultural Animator - TSHM Meyrin Transit

Description of the job
- Ensure a social-professional insertion work within the Transit device among young people in school failure or seeking a qualifying training through various means such as jobs and educational workshops;
- Participate in follow-ups, accompaniments, and evaluations of young people in line with the network;
- Support the acquisition of professional skills by using existing measures and tools;
- Participate in implementing Transit actions such as street work, sports, local management accompanied locations, manifestations, etc.
- Based on observed social issues, and within a team of 7 people, participate in developing collective work and sociocultural animation in close collaboration with social workers from the region, existing social structures, and municipal authorities;
- Assume tasks of management and organization related to activities and objectives set by FASe and the commune.
