Key responsibilities:

• Engage customers with energy and professionalism, delivering a standout in-store experience

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations that lead to high-value sales

• Drive sales performance by actively working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Lead by example in achieving KPIs and supporting less experienced team members when needed

• Maintain store presentation to high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the showroom is always inviting and on-brand

• Assist in stock control, including receiving and unpacking deliveries, stock placement, and inventory checks

• Support the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures

• Provide feedback and insights to store management to improve processes and customer outcomes
