Full Time Sales Assistant - Miranda

We are looking for a Full-time Sales Assistant, passionate about connecting with customers by offering a one-of-a-kind retail experience within our Miranda concept store. Work with a welcoming team to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.
• Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
• Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
• Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
• Sunday-Thursday roster

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
