Job Title Full-time Retail Manager Location 12/30 Octal Street, Yatala, QLD 4207 Key Responsibilities As a Retail Manager, you will organise and control retail operations, manage and train a team of sales staff, and ensure the highest level of customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, managing inventory and stock levels, and contributing to the development of new products and services. Job Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a retail management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to lift 25kg - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
