ELPIET MEDIA PTY LTD T/A COSI Bar Ristorante is seeking three qualified and experienced Full-time Restaurant Managers to join our growing team Salary Range - $75,000 - $85,000 Business Location - South Yarra, VIC 3141 Responsibilities Planning menus in consultation with Chefs to ensure quality, variety, and cost efficiency Planning, organising, and overseeing special functions and events Coordinating and supervising kitchen and dining room operations Ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards Maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction Managing a team of hospitality staff to achieve excellent results Providing exceptional leadership and guidance to all restaurant staff Developing and implementing effective strategies for improving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction Requirements: 3+ years experience in a similar role Proven track record of success in managing restaurants or bars Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Certifications: Food Safety Certification (desirable) Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (desirable) Benefits: Competitive salary range $75,000 - $85,000 Ongoing training and development opportunities Career advancement opportunities within the company
