Full-time Product Design

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Understand deeply the product strategy and user needs, translating this into solid and consistent design solutions.
• Actively participate in the entire product development cycle — from discovery to delivery.
• Create connections with business areas, data, and marketing, influencing decisions through a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and development teams to ensure excellence in deliveries.
• Inspire and support other designers, elevating project quality with critical vision and focus on results.
• Lead dynamic co-creation workshops with stakeholders and users.
• Develop and present structured and strategic ideas and solutions.
• Develop and test prototypes, validate hypotheses, and track experiments as A/B tests.
• Create and maintain flows, wireframes, interfaces, and processes that ensure consistent and aligned deliveries to the squad's strategy.
• Act based on design principles and UX best practices, promoting continuous product evolution.
• Translate research insights into real opportunities for user and business improvement.
