Full-time Onsite Direct Procurement Operations Coordinator

Could you be the full-time onsite Direct Procurement Operations Coordinator in Mexico, CMX, MX we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative teammates. You'll serve as a crucial link between procurement and the Site Management Committee, ensuring seamless communication and informed decisions that impact procurement and site activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Production), relay important updates regarding supplier relations and operational directives, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Timely dissemination of decisions and instructions that may affect procurement activities,

  • Proactive identification of supplier difficulties and coordination of appropriate responses,

  • Participation in strategic Make or Buy decision-making processes,

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement strategies are well-integrated

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,

  • Experience or understanding of direct procurement processes and best practices,

  • Proven track record of working effectively as a member of a management committee or similar leadership team
