You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue. This role is based at our Loganholme store, where you will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email communications. • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue through upselling and cross-selling products and services. • Working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. • Adhering to Telstra’s policies, procedures, and standards. Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications desirable. • 1-2 years’ experience in a retail or sales environment preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
