About the Position

Today, the company is seeking 2 professionals to fill the positions of Full-time Budgeter in the company. In this role, they will be responsible for:

• Performing technical analysis of construction projects;
• Conducting quantitative material and service levies based on executive projects; (Excel and AutoCAD);
• Obtaining price quotes from suppliers and service providers;
• Preparing and revising descriptive memoranda, with a focus on finishes and technical specifications;
• Developing unit cost compositions based on technical parameters and historical data;
• Creating detailed budget plans using specific systems (e.g. Excel, Sienge);

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Degree: Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or Technology in Fatec.
• Experience of 2 to 3 years with budgeting in a construction and/or real estate company;
• Domination of reading and interpreting technical projects;
• Domination of Excel.
• Availability for on-site work in São Paulo

Desirable Qualifications:

• Prior experience with economic (MCMV) and/or medium-sized developments
• Domination of software such as Sienge and AutoCAD.
