Full-Stack Web Developer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

GIB – Gesundheit in Bewegung GmbH sets up occupational health promotion for companies and health insurance companies and develops digital health products and platforms. This includes, among other things, digitally developed health modules, landing pages with registration and analysis functions, user platforms for information and movement videos, and administrative and process tools for trainers, coaches, and internal workflows – and other digital solutions that we continuously develop.

The IT works very closely with project management and design. Requirements arise directly from real projects and design concepts – not isolated in tickets. Our systems must be technically clean, stable, and at the same time flexible and further developable. For this, we deliberately build our IT team.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Further development and maintenance of our digital platforms and customer solutions
• Frontend and backend development (both belong to it)
• Technical implementation of requirements from project management and design
• Participation in web applications, company customer platforms, and internal tools
• Testing, error analysis, and documentation
• Automation and optimization of internal IT processes
• Server administration and system maintenance (or the willingness to take over this area)
• Active co-responsibility for the overall technical structure

Qualifikation

You bring this

• Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic to good knowledge of PHP
• Experience or familiarity with MySQL
• Understanding of clean web architecture and maintainable code
• Understanding of the interplay between frontend and backend
• Experience with tools/technologies like

Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, Git from an advantage

• Knowledge of server administration (e.g. Linux, hosting, deployment) is a big plus point
• Structured, self-reliant work style
• Interest in understanding systems as a whole
• Good German knowledge
