Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js, React.js, AWS) @ Bayer

WHO YOU ARE: Possess or are working towards a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Have at least 4 years of prior software development or engineering experience. Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Node.js. Knowledge of modern backend and frontend web frameworks. Prior experience with cloud technologies and deployment (AWS preferred). High-level communication skills in English. Flexibility to work with a global team across time zones. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, as part of a team. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with relational databases and SQL. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with testing frameworks and writing unit tests. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). WHAT YOU WILL DO: Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug and fix software defects.
