Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d) - .NET 100% Remote

FNTIO are AI-First Systems Engineers for Enterprise. We have been working productively with AI in real customer projects since 2022. Siemens, Deutsche Börse, Volkswagen.

We deliver projects with result accountability. No body leasing, no PowerPoints. Our engineers think in architectures and decisions. AI takes over the execution. Whoever works here is a product manager for their own AI team: with Claude Code, Cursor, and the tools that really work.

Tasks

You build .NET applications that run in the enterprise environment. Your focus lies on the backend, but you understand the whole picture. You translate customer requirements into architecture, let AI agents generate code, review critically, and deliver quality. Not perfection on paper, but a product that works.

• You develop backend solutions with .NET and integrate them into AWS cloud architectures
• You use AI CLI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI) as a multiplier for development and testing
• You design APIs and ensure clean integration between frontend, backend, and cloud
• You work directly with customers on technical requirements and solution designs
• You rely on automated testing and CI/CD
• You build prototypes by giving ideas to AI agents and iterating the output

Qualification

• At least 3 years of full-stack development with .NET focus
• Experience with at least one AI CLI tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI)
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS is advantageous)
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD
• Able to critically evaluate AI output and deliver enterprise-quality results
• Fluent in German and English
