To strengthen our team, we are looking for a developer (m/w/d) with in-depth expertise in frontend with Flutter or backend with Django REST Framework - ideally with knowledge in both areas.

Your role

As a developer (m/w/d), you will work on innovative customer projects and support companies in shaping their digital processes efficiently and sustainably. Depending on your focus, you will develop modern frontends with Flutter, high-performance backend systems with Django REST Framework, or accompany projects as a full-stack developer throughout the development cycle. You will take responsibility for technical solutions and actively bring your expertise into architecture and technology decisions.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Development of modern, responsive web applications with Flutter Web as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android
• Conceptualization and implementation of scalable REST APIs with Django REST Framework
• Implementation of individual customer requirements in robust, performant, and future-proof software solutions
• Development and integration of interfaces to third-party systems (REST, OAuth2, Webhooks, WebSockets)
• Technical analysis and creation of architecture and solution concepts in customer projects
• Closely working with consultants, project leaders, and other developers
• Error analysis, debugging, and continuous performance optimization
• Support in operation, maintenance tasks, and support cases
• Participation in the development of internal development standards and best practices

Qualification

You bring with you

You have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

Flutter (Frontend)

• Multiple years of experience in app and/or web development with Flutter (Dart)
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc
• Experience in binding to REST APIs
• Knowledge of platform-specific features for iOS, Android, and Web
• Sense for modern user interfaces and a good user experience

Django REST Framework (Backend)

• Multiple years of experience in development with Django and Django REST Framework
• Very good knowledge in Python
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Knowledge in conceptualizing and implementing scalable as well as secure REST APIs
• Experience with authentication and authorization concepts (e.g. OAuth2, JWT)

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methods would be advantageous.
