You use modern KI-Tools not only for experimenting but as a fixed component of your daily development work? You want to build software faster, cleaner, and smarter – with AI as an amplifier of your skills? Then you're exactly right with us.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) with an AI-First-Mindset, who integrates KI-gestützte development tools into their workflow and leads our team forward professionally and methodically.

• Development of modern Full-Stack Applications under consistent use of KI-gestützten development and assistance tools
• Efficiency improvement and quality enhancement in the development process through targeted use of AI Coding Assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot or similar)
• Conception and implementation of scalable Frontend- and Backend-Solutions for various customer projects
• Active shaping and further development of our Engineering-Standards and AI-gestützten Workflows
• Knowledge transfer in the team: Support and enablement of colleagues in productive use of KI-Tools

Qualification

• Degree in a **MINT** field or training as a computer scientist for application development
• At least 2 years of practical experience in full-stack development
• Very good knowledge of Backend, e.g. with Java & Spring Boot, REST-APIs
• Fundamental experience in modern Frontend Technologies, e.g. JavaScript / TypeScript, React (preferably with Material UI or similar component libraries), module- and micro-front-end concepts (e.g. Module Federation)
• Safe handling of KI-gestützten Development Tools, e.g. GitHub Copilot, other AI coding or testing assistants
• Passion for integrating KI sensibly and pragmatically into the development process – and bringing others along with it
• Quality awareness, self-initiative, and enthusiasm for modern software development
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills.

Nice to have (optional, but gladly seen)

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• First-hand experience with LLM-APIs, prompt engineering or AI-enabled features in production systems
