Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js & AI Systems) (m/w/d)

Introduction

We are developing a KI-Assistant in the administrative department. It helps administrators process requests faster and make better decisions, like an experienced colleague who thinks along.

The product already exists as a thought-out concept with UX designs and a clear tech stack. Now we're looking for someone to technically implement this product and actively shape it.

You will work directly with the Product Lead, focusing on use cases, UX, and customer feedback. The technical architecture and guidelines for the MVP are already defined and will be further developed together.

This role is particularly suitable if you like building things from scratch, make conscious technical decisions, and don't wait to be told how something should be implemented.

This is not a job where you work on tickets from a backlog. You shape the product, make technical decisions, and see directly what your work achieves.
