Full-Stack Engineer

Helios & Eos is our AI engineering studio from Oldenburg — deliberately small, technically deep, agent-augmented. Currently, we are a team of three and are building the studio into a specialized partner for agent-based KI adoption.

Our customers and projects are diverse - from web development for the global asset manager to training 230+ developers for the international FinTech company, as well as process automation at several mid-sized companies. Everything is included.

We are filling our first permanent engineering hire. You're not just an employee — you're a maker in our next growth phase, working directly with the founder and shaping the stack, architecture, and engineering culture actively with us.

You don't have to be an AI/agent expert to get started. If you're a strong full-stack developer with curiosity about modern KI and agent topics, you'll learn it on-the-job — together with us, at real projects.

Aufgaben

We currently cover the entire spectrum of a KI engineering studio: automation, web app development, agent architectures, infrastructure. You'll get the parts where you're strongest — and grow further where new things interest you.

You'll work in two worlds:

• Interne Entwicklung — our own products and infrastructure. Here, you'll build systems that we ourselves use daily and long-term scaleable platforms. Stack bandwidth: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Electron, Supabase, SQLite, n8n.

• Externe Entwicklung — solutions for our customers from asset management, FinTech, and mid-sized companies. Here, you'll translate business requirements into productive software — from web apps and data pipelines to agent architectures, depending on the task and project.

What exactly you do depends on your profile. Are you more of an automation person who builds clean pipelines and workflows? Frontend-strong with a focus on UX and performance? In backend architectures at ease? Or are agent systems and LLM orchestration most exciting to you?

We want to use your strengths, not press you into a pre-fabricated role. Learning on-the-job is built-in — not promised.

Optional: If you're interested, you'll be part of technical workshops, architecture reviews, or on-site terms with customers. No mandatory program.

Qualifikation

Must-haves:

- 4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer with experiences in TypeScript / JavaScript, Python & Rust

- Good knowledge of Next.js, React, and a modern database (Supabase, Postgres or comparable)

- Production mindset: tests, CI/CD, monitoring are your standard, not
