Full Stack Engineer - GCC

Job Overview: The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (React.js / .Net) will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions with a primary focus on the front-end, while still contributing to the back-end and overall full-stack architecture that support business operations. Working within a cross-regional team, the engineer will focus on identify, prioritise, and implement technical solutions that enhance user experience, creating distributed systems using event-driven and microservice architectures. This position involves driving technical solutions from concept to launch while leveraging agile processes to ensure high-quality, efficient development. Main Responsibilities/Duties: Minimum 8 + yrs experince in Software Development preferable Saas Application / Healthcare / Fintech / Emerging Technologies . • Design and develop modern, responsive front-end experiences using React.js and TypeScript, while collaborating on full-stack development to ensure seamless integration with back-end systems. • Build, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications that provide optimal user experiences, focusing on front-end performance, usability, and scalability. • Collaborate with Product Designers to transform stunning designs into high-performing, functional user interfaces while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility. • Contribute to the development and optimisation of back-end APIs and microservices to ensure efficient data flow between front-end and back-end systems. • Work in an Agile environment, continuously learning and applying new skills. • Assist in planning and prioritizing work within agile sprints. • Contribute to software architecture and solution design. • Ensure the team’s Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are monitored and met. Working Relationships Qualifications: • Technical Team: Collaborating with fellow engineers to develop, test, and deploy features and solutions. • Product Managers: Working with product managers to understand business requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. • Designers: Partnering with UI/UX designers to transform designs into functional, user-friendly applications. • Quality Assurance (QA) Team: Coordinating with the QA team to ensure application quality and support testing efforts. • Cross-functional Teams: Collaborating with teams across different regions and departments to deliver solutions and meet organizational goals. • DevOps Engineers: Working alongside DevOps engineers for CI/CD pipeline setup and maintaining infrastructure. • Experience: • 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong focus on front-end technologies like React.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • 3+ years of experience C# and .NET MVC Core, integrating front-end features with APIs and services. • Proven experience in developing scalable web applications and handling complex data. • Experience in backend development, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Experience with cloud-based services, particularly Azure, for deploying and managing both front-end and back-end components. • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including continuous integration and deployment. • Experience working on large, scalable software systems with complexity. • Frontend Development: Strong hands-on experience with React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Redux, Material-UI, and TypeScript. • Backend Development: Proficient in ASP.NET MVC Core, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, Entity Framework, and SQL/NoSQL databases. • Testing & Documentation: Experience in writing unit tests, integration tests, and documenting code and APIs according to best practices. • Security & Performance: Focus on business logic implementation with an emphasis on security and performance. • Agile Practices: Experience in Agile development, sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews. • Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms, container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD practices. • Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Application Insights), and SRE practices.
