Full-Stack Drupal Developer (m/w/d)

A medium-sized company with a seat in Berlin-Mitte is looking for a Full-Stack Drupal Developer (m/w/d) to implement challenging, modern web platforms. The company is extremely established on the German market and counts over 20 years of company history as one of the leading players in its segment.

In interdisciplinary teams, you develop high-performance, fully responsive Drupal solutions – from the first idea to live deployment. Short distances, direct communication, and quick decisions are part of everyday life at the customer's, where all relevant competencies work closely together.

Tasks

• Conceptualization and implementation of high-performance, scalable Drupal web platforms that convince through stability, extensibility, and an outstanding user experience
• Active shaping of a learning developer culture through knowledge exchange, mentoring, and professional support in the Drupal field
• Responsibility for high code quality through structured code reviews, clean merge processes, automated tests, and reliable deployments
• Counseling stakeholders on an equal footing to develop technically sound and practical solutions within realistic framework conditions

Qualification

• You have in-depth experience with Drupal and modern web architectures
• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable professional qualification
• You are familiar with version control, container-based environments, and common build and deployment tools
• You bring experience in code reviews, clean merge processes, and stable deployments
• You are able to translate technical requirements into structured concepts and specifications
• You communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and on an equal footing
• You have good to very good German and/or English skills
